Serving God or Serving Yourself.

Just when i think of every time that we are on the church, everybody is busy everyone has their own ministry, every one is serving. Serving what? can u honestly tell me who are you serving? One of my favorite song that we always sing in the church every sunday when i was in my home country is.... "The greatest thing in all my life is serving You" it is then associated with knowing, loving and praising.  Ang sarap kantahin, especially when you are singing deep into your heart. Masarap kasi ma inlove kay Lord. Kasi pag na kay Lord ka, kahit magulo ang mundo mo at madaming problema, you dont care, why?  coz you know that you have GOD in you heart whom you served, whom you always sing. When you served God its not because you need something, its not because somebody told you to do so and yet you dont really understand why are you serving HIM. You dont served to please someone around you, you dont served to please yourselves, because when you are truly serving the Lord your God, you are giving up everything about yourselves, sabi nga sa arabic word, "Kaliwali yourself".  I have read one quote that says, " The most painful thing is losing yourself in the process of loving someone too much". Napaka self centered naman ng quote na to noh? what is painful about loving someone too much? the only thing that will hurt you and give you pains is the repercussion of loving someone or something which you shouldn't do in the first place. But most of us are hard headed and stubborn. Tanggapin man natin or hindi, most of the time we are all self pleaser, yup! you read it right self pleaser! Any objection? pleasing yourself is what makes you happy, its all about yourself. Ask yourself, why are you serving God now? why are you going to church? I will answer for you...coz wala lang, i just liked it, coz im a Christian? really? Wait... my cp is ringing!  and its my wife :) hehe! She just asked me now, what im doing, coz she knows i just got home from work, and i told her a while ago, nag da download ako ng Christian music. Sabi ng baby wife ko, yung kanta daw na "remind me who i am" mganda daw, then i told her na will check it after i write this blog that you are reading now... You know what my friends and blog readers? the suggested title of the song from my wife has too much relevance to what are we sharing now. Can somebody here remind me and you who are we? Who are we? why are we doing this and that? Only you alone can answer this question. Because you will be identified and reminded of who you are on the result of your actions and not with what you are saying.

Its just like this, you said that your pet is a cat! and yet your cat is barking???? or you are selling a skin whitener product, kunwari glutathione, may whitening cream and soap ka pa, pero ikaw mismo maitim. Gets mo dba? hahahaha ang dami ganyan cases, lalo na when we talked about serving God. Yes you are serving God, sabi mo eh, pero malalaman natin yan kapag hindi kna tumatanggap ng love gift and yet you are still serving HIM. You are still serving God though you are alone doing it, ikaw na halos gumagawa lahat but you are not complaining. Dont get it wrong my friends, God is not after of how many things you've done for Him, kaya wag ka magbibilang ng trabaho mo. kasi mapapagod ka lang, God is always looking at your heart, alam mo nman yan dba? you always heard that on Sunday preachings, its all about the quality serving God. When you are after the quantity, its pretty obvious that you are only serving yourself. Eto ang nkakatakot, those sho are so called Christians and churches who are only after the quantity of their members, only after the quantity of their departments will be the absolute candidates to inherit Hell as their final destination. Imagine ang dami dami nyo sa church tapos lahat pala puro ipokrito at ipokrita? puro self pleaser?  performer?  lier? lahat na ng errr! Are you one of them? i mean are we? Wake up! we cannot serve three master! bakit three? Si Lord, Si Satan na KSP and sino ung pang 3? ......IKAW! because you are master or your own self. wag mo lahat isisi kay Satan mga shortcomings mo, kasi magcocomplain yan sayo!  hahahaha lahe nalang sya tinuturo mo eh samantalang may free will ka. Again ask ourselves, am i serving God genuinely? or only me? Remind yourself who you are, why you are doing those things, is it worth? or it is crap? Sabi ng John 12:26. "Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me." 

If you are serving yourself? who will honor you? what can you benefit from that? its all vanity.
