NAIA Terminal 1 - Total Make Over

YES, It is NAIA TERMINAL 1.   Let me try to write and tell the story of our subject in English language so that our foreign blog readers may atleast understand what we are talking about here. 

I will try to deliver my story right, as much as possible since my English voc and grammar are not that good.  So please try to understand and focus on what I am trying to share on this subject. Are you ready? Hehehehe. Let’s start.  

Well, recently Malacanang has confirmed that the planned make-over of NAIA Terminal 1 will commence soon and as far as what you have seen on the proposed model, this design plan was obviously more presentable and a Class-A by definition only “IF” Mr. Kenneth Cobonpue’s conceptual design will be consider. By the way, Mr. Kenneth Cobonpue’s is a popular interior designer here in Philippines. On the news, the latter will then work with an architecture firm named (Leandro Locsin and Associates) to execute the plan sooner and to finally rule out the notion that NAIA Terminal 1 will be the WORST airport by 2015. That being said, we are on the verge of making this airport rehabilitation project to happen, provided that all things fall into right place.  Favorable objective, right people, transparency and consistency are some of the things that we need to consider.  The stigma of politics and corruption should be put to rest to execute our priorities and achieve our goals. Hey,.. this is what we are all dreamed of, this is what JUAN DELA CRUZ (not Coco Martin Huh) prefers to have for his beloved country.

Going back to the rehabilitation plan of NAIA Terminal 1, there were some arguments that needs to be answered clearly and some of the comments on that article are asking on the extent of this make-over.  Yes it is indeed very presentable and good when you look at the concept model picture above and we can all agree.  But what about the inner appearance?..Hmmmm.. Yes, that should be also presentable as expected.  How about the MANAGEMENT, SECURITY, ORDERLINESS, FACILITIES, STAFF, The HOSPITALITY? the character of those so-called "staffs" that locals and foreign people around the world would deal everytime they will go in and out of the country.  Do I make sense? IS IT REALLY MORE FUN IN THE PHILIPPINES? Or it is still the other way around…because what goes around comes around. It was just almost the same as you acquiring a BRAND NEW LATEST MODEL OF COMMERCIAL PLANE and yet you are assigning the same untrained, unqualified PILOT to operate.  What will happen next? Obviously nobody would want to have a flight with that kind of PILOT because it would surely create errors and later FALL deeply into Marianas Trench located in Western Pacific Ocean. Ahahahahah. Looooosser!!!. Hmmmmm…Im sorry, I want to stop for now guys, Im running out of blood, too much blood coming out from my nose. ahahahaha. J I need a tissue, can I have some??? I don’t want to ask for some tissues from NAIA Terminal 1, coz it’s possible that even though they have a newly renovated building in the near future they may be still lacking and running out of table and toilet tissues. Hahahaha. Kidding. We just hope and pray that the transformation of our NAIA Terminal 1 is GENUINE INSIDE AND OUT.  It’s not about the building or the structure, it’s the INNER THING THAT COUNTS. Hit the bomb!

 

HDMF (Pag-Ibig Fund), Philhealth and TIN ID.

Hayy, one day kalas again...  I wanted to wake up early in the morning to work on some things especially sa mga documents ko, mga kailangan asikasuhin. Kaso, as usual late na nman ako nagising.  First target ko na government agency is HDMF (Home Development Mutual Fund) PAG-IBIG yan. So I went to HDMF almost 2PM na sa may Central Station LRT 1 sa may PARK n RIDE un eh before dumating ng Manila City Hall. Fortunately, pagdating ko ayun approached agad sa information counter.  Sabi ko gusto ko I Makita ang last contribution record ko sa PAG-IBIG fund ko and to have ID na din. Then the staff gave me a paper lengthwise ng ONLINE MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION FOR ISSUANCE OF PAG-IBIG ID NO. (mmya share ko sa inyo ung procedure, baka makatulong J). A stub number was also given to me to fall in line.. Wow pang 154 ako! At sa 2^nd floor pa ang inquiry.  E umupo ako sandali and I noticed ang time interval ng isang tao na inaasikaso sa counter eh almost 10 mins, e ang natatawag pa lang is 101!!! Pang 154 kaya ako… kamusta nman un? Malamang abutan nako dun ng retirement. So to make the story short, umalis ako at nagpunta naman ako sa PHILHEALTH office sa Taft sa may Quirino ito, so if you will take LRT, sa mismong LRT Quirino Station makikita mo na ang opisina nila. Sa 4^th Floor un, nakalimutan ko kung anong building un, MARC 1 building ata un…hmmm. Bsta madali lang sya Makita, wag k lang kung saan saan tingin ng tingin at ung mga ndi mo na dapat tgnan wag mo na tignan. Ahahahaha.

Mag elevator sana ako, e kaso baka magkagulo eh siksikan, kala nila si Coco Martin talaga ko, mahirap na ma sandwhich. (Guts lng yan). So nag hagdanan nlng ako para exercise na din, ganyan kaming mga FIT and Athletic body! Yun oh! Haha.  Tapos ayun, pagpasok sa glass door sa 4^th floor dami pila haba eh parang premier night ng Juan Dela Cruz, so pila ako sa information agad, then a guy asked me sa counter kung ano ang need ko, so sabi ko I need Philhealth ID. So he gave me a paper for me to fill-up all the necessary information to process my request. Handang handa talaga ako eh, kaya wala ako ballpen, kala ko kasi may ballpen ako sa bag. Ang hirap talaga pag puro akala, so ang ginamit ko is pentel pen. Bad trip.  Nakakahiya din kasi manghirap ng ballpen eh, pero may portion kc dun sa papel na kelangan ng pirma, so ndi puede ang pentel pen, so nanghiram pa din ako. So buti nalang hinipo ni Lord ung isang lalaki para pahiramin ako ng ballpen, O dba? Kahit sa mga ganon simpleng bagay, dapat pasalamatan natin si GOD. Kung wala ako mahihiraman na ballpen e d NGANGA ako dun. So, natapos ang form ko, ipinasa ko and I waited for my name to be call. Siguro mga 25 mins din ako naghintay, then nakuha ko na din ang Philhealth ID ko.. Yeyyyyyy! Kaya lang xmpre ako na din ang nagpalaminate.  By the way, sa form kung ano ang need nyo, I check nyo na para isang transaction nlng. Like ung pag verify ng status ng Philhealth nyo kung updated ba ang payment natin.  Take note, sa pagbabayad ng payment ng philhealth, ibang line yan or ibang counter, makikita nman un dun sa mga signs na nakalagay kung san ka dapat pumila, wlang pila ng NFA dyan. So read well. Good thing may express lane yan para sa mga SENIOR CITIZEN at mga DISABLED PERSON or PREGNANT, priority nila yan.  Madali lang nman, tyagaan lang talaga.  

Next destination…. BIR.  Gusto ko din kasi kumuha ng TIN ID.  So I went to BIR Intramuros, kasi un ang malapit na branch na madadaanan ko. BIR Intramuros, tapat ng BF condominium sa Intramuros, ung BIR yellow ang building nya.  Pagpasok mo sa gate pala,  sosyal sila, kasi papa Scan mo ang ID mo, ndi mo na susurender, then go ka na sa 3^rd floor.  FAST FORWARD TAYO……Sa taas sinabi saken ng staff na sa Makati  daw ako puede mag request ng TIN ID card, (BIR MAKATI) kasi doon hinuhulog ng dati kong agency ung income tax ko. Akala ko kasi sa Intramuros na, kasi sabi nung latest agency ko sa Accenture eh sa Intramuros na. So meaning, depende yan kung san huling inihuhulog ng company or agency mo ang iyong tax, dun ka din makakakuha ng TIN ID. Wlang ibang requirements, just bring your any valid ID and they will verify it.  I heard na in less than 15 mins you can get your TIN ID na.  Hmmmm. Not bad, I will go na lang sa Monday sa Makati to get my TIN ID.  Hayyy, kakapagod pero madami ka din matututunan yun ang importante nman diba. 

Ow, before ko makalimutan, para sa mga member po ng PAG-IBIG (HDMF) na naghuhulog ng contributions, na wala pang ID ng PAG-IBIG, para hindi hassle try nyo po mag register ONLINE.

Eto po ang Procedure:

1.       Log on to PAG-IBIG Fund website. www.pagibigfund.gov.ph

2.       Click the E- Service

3.       Click the Membership Registration

4.       Select the Register as New Member option if you are a prospective member and/or it is your first time to register with the fund or an old member ka who haven’t received a Pag-Ibig ID number and then click Proceed.

5.       Enter the code shown in the box and then click proceed.

6.       The member may now encode the basic information needed and then click submit.

When filling up the member’s information, use the alphanumeric. A to Z and 1 to 10.

Special characters like (,,/.,”,’ &,  # etc) are not acceptable.

7.       You will get a Registration Tracking No. which is the reference number for the issuance of your PAG-IBIG ID number.

8.       Do not forget to print your Member’s Data Form (MDF).

9.       After one week. You  can follow-up for the issuance and printing of PAG-IBIG ID Card to any nearest Pag-Ibig Branch.  Please bring Registration Tracking Number

Sample: RTN: 911215006527 and any valid ID with birthdate upon claiming your ID.

 Yun po, on the next few days I will try to post more pa sa mga procedure at iba pa sa pag aasikaso na maaring kailanganin natin sa mga susunod na araw at panahon. FACEBOOK OR TWITTER?

Hindi na siguro kumpleto ang araw sa karamihan ng mga tao kapag hindi sila nakakapag internet.  Well, sa trabaho at mga negosyo kailangan yan para sa mabilis ang progresibong kalakaran.  Sa ordinaryong tao, ung mga wlang trabaho pa or ung mga estudyante, pag wlang pasok o pagkatapos ng klase ano ang ginagawa mo?  Nagbubukas ng computer? At syempre.. facebook ditto, twitter doon.. instagram,,,youtube ano pa ba? Name it, lahat na ata ng puede na ata sa internet puede.  Ang galling ng teknolohiya.  Parang kailan lng ang isa sa breakthrough technology natin  sa komunikasyon ay ung maimbento ni Alexander Graham Bell ng Scotland ang Telepono.  Buti na lang present ako sa klase noon nung tinuro yan, ndi ako nakapag cutting class, sayang. Hmmmm. Tsk tsk.  

Paano mo ba ginagamit ang internet? TO COMMUNICATE… Kapag nagbubukas ka ng facebook, ano ang intensyon mo? Makibalita? Mag comment? Mag like? , mag post ng ibat ibang pictures? Na para bang ginawa mo nang photo album ung buong facebook? Ginagamit mo ba yan para ilahad ang nangyayari sa buhay mo sa mga kaibigan mo? O sa publiko kung naka public settings ka? Aba wala ka nang privacy diba? ultimo mga pribadong nangyayari sayo sinsabi mo at pinapakita mo sa facebook, pati ung pagkamatay ng pusa ng kapitbahay nyo, pinagsasabi mo na.  O diba? Pati kasiraan ng ibang tao na hindi naman dapat nakalagay sa facebook, nilagay mo na din? Pag may sama ng loob ka at hinanakit nilalalhad mo lahat sa facebook mo na para bang diary na ng pang araw araw na buhay mo. Ang saloobin mo ang mga bagay na gusto mo at hindi mo gusto at pati na din ung buhay ng iba.  Ang daming ganyan diba? excited magbukas ng facebook, ng instagram, ng twitter. Para may maibalita at makibalita, para may sabhin at para msabihan. Ano bang bago??

Pero mga kablogs, in fairness ha, may mga taong ginagamit ang mga social internet tools  na yan para sa mas makabuluhan na bagay. Yung iba ginagamit yan para kumita ng pera at maging pandagdag na budget sa darating na araw sa pamamagitan ng ONLINE SELLING OR MARKET. Ndi nman msama diba? Gusto mo umorder??? HeheheehJ.  Opppssss, d lang yan, may mga tao na ginagamit ang social internet tools para MAKATULONG SA KAPWA. Yeah, YOU HEARD ME RIGHT!... HINDI PARA MANIRA NG KAPWA AT PATULAN UNG KAPWA MO NA NANINIRA SAYO, at dahil sa nagsasagutan kayo sa facebook, ang haba haba ng messages trail, ang haba na ng thread, parang sa inyo nlng ang pages ng facebook.  Nakakatuwang isipin na sa kabila ng ka busy-han sa mundong ito, may mga tao pa talaga na gumagamit ng tamang pag iisip para sa mas KAPAKI PAKINABANG NA BAGAY, ang daming natutulungan diba? ang sarap magbukas ng facebook ng twitter at iba kung ang nakikita mo ay mga bagay na positibo at may KABULUHAN AT HNDI KABULUKAN. Siguro may mag sasabi sa inyo, ang K J nman nung Noel na yan, e natural kaya nga may facebook to express yourself at wlaang pakelamanan, facebook ko to eh buhay ko to… ANG GALING NG KATWIRAN DIBA? palakpakan!!!!!...Hmmmmm. Well simple lang, KUNG MATINO ANG PAG IISIP NG ISANG TAO AT EDUKADO KANG TAO na alam ang TAMA SA MALI, kahit pa emosyonal ka dpat umiiral pa din sayo ang TAMANG PAG IISIP sa mga bagay na PANGIT AT MGANDA.  Ang PUTI AY PUTI, ang ITIM AY ITIM. Gets mo??. 

Now tanungin natin ang sarili natin after we read this… SINO BA AKO? SAN BA AKO KABILANG? Sa mga taong gumagamit ng tama sa internet o sa mga tao na parang ndi asal tao masabi lang na AKO AY “IN”.

Eto ang malupet, kelan ka huling nag share sa FB mo or sa TWITTER mo or kung ano pa yan ng mga bagay na tungkol sa Diyos? Ipinagsabi mo ba sa facebook at twitter ang kabutihan ng Panginoon sa buhay mo? Pinagmalaki mo ba sya? Pinasalamatan mo ba sya? Pinapurihan mo ba sya? O BAKA NMAN GUSTO MO KUMANTA NALANG NG “LORD PATAWAD”????? Tsk, nakakalungkot noh? Oo tama ka, wlang perpekto sa mundong ito, but you can never justify that para hindi mo malaman ang tama sa mali ang kalooban ng Diyos sa Hindi.  Ang hirap kasi sa atin, may kakulangan na nga tayo sa sarili natin, pero nagtuturo pa tayo ng iba. SI GANITO KASI, SI GANON KASI.  Wow!

Samakatuwid, We are all liable sa ating mga ginagawa or kinikilos, sa ating mga iniisip at sinasabi.  Wag kang magwala kung ang mundo ay nagwawala, wag ka tatalon sa tuktok ng billboard sa EDSA kung yung idol mo tumalon na.  We need to be different in some ways. Nabasa ko sa PROVERBS 13:3 sabi  “Be careful what you say and protect your life. A careless talker destroys himself.  At sa PROVERBS 4:23 din “Be careful what you think, because your thoughts run your life. GOD WANTS YOU TO BE HIS RIGHTEOUS CHILD, OBEDIENT AND RESPONSIBLE. GOD WANTS YOU TO BE SAVE.
