HDMF (Pag-Ibig Fund), Philhealth and TIN ID.

Hayy, one day kalas again...  I wanted to wake up early in the morning to work on some things especially sa mga documents ko, mga kailangan asikasuhin. Kaso, as usual late na nman ako nagising.  First target ko na government agency is HDMF (Home Development Mutual Fund) PAG-IBIG yan. So I went to HDMF almost 2PM na sa may Central Station LRT 1 sa may PARK n RIDE un eh before dumating ng Manila City Hall. Fortunately, pagdating ko ayun approached agad sa information counter.  Sabi ko gusto ko I Makita ang last contribution record ko sa PAG-IBIG fund ko and to have ID na din. Then the staff gave me a paper lengthwise ng ONLINE MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION FOR ISSUANCE OF PAG-IBIG ID NO. (mmya share ko sa inyo ung procedure, baka makatulong J). A stub number was also given to me to fall in line.. Wow pang 154 ako! At sa 2^nd floor pa ang inquiry.  E umupo ako sandali and I noticed ang time interval ng isang tao na inaasikaso sa counter eh almost 10 mins, e ang natatawag pa lang is 101!!! Pang 154 kaya ako… kamusta nman un? Malamang abutan nako dun ng retirement. So to make the story short, umalis ako at nagpunta naman ako sa PHILHEALTH office sa Taft sa may Quirino ito, so if you will take LRT, sa mismong LRT Quirino Station makikita mo na ang opisina nila. Sa 4^th Floor un, nakalimutan ko kung anong building un, MARC 1 building ata un…hmmm. Bsta madali lang sya Makita, wag k lang kung saan saan tingin ng tingin at ung mga ndi mo na dapat tgnan wag mo na tignan. Ahahahaha.

Mag elevator sana ako, e kaso baka magkagulo eh siksikan, kala nila si Coco Martin talaga ko, mahirap na ma sandwhich. (Guts lng yan). So nag hagdanan nlng ako para exercise na din, ganyan kaming mga FIT and Athletic body! Yun oh! Haha.  Tapos ayun, pagpasok sa glass door sa 4^th floor dami pila haba eh parang premier night ng Juan Dela Cruz, so pila ako sa information agad, then a guy asked me sa counter kung ano ang need ko, so sabi ko I need Philhealth ID. So he gave me a paper for me to fill-up all the necessary information to process my request. Handang handa talaga ako eh, kaya wala ako ballpen, kala ko kasi may ballpen ako sa bag. Ang hirap talaga pag puro akala, so ang ginamit ko is pentel pen. Bad trip.  Nakakahiya din kasi manghirap ng ballpen eh, pero may portion kc dun sa papel na kelangan ng pirma, so ndi puede ang pentel pen, so nanghiram pa din ako. So buti nalang hinipo ni Lord ung isang lalaki para pahiramin ako ng ballpen, O dba? Kahit sa mga ganon simpleng bagay, dapat pasalamatan natin si GOD. Kung wala ako mahihiraman na ballpen e d NGANGA ako dun. So, natapos ang form ko, ipinasa ko and I waited for my name to be call. Siguro mga 25 mins din ako naghintay, then nakuha ko na din ang Philhealth ID ko.. Yeyyyyyy! Kaya lang xmpre ako na din ang nagpalaminate.  By the way, sa form kung ano ang need nyo, I check nyo na para isang transaction nlng. Like ung pag verify ng status ng Philhealth nyo kung updated ba ang payment natin.  Take note, sa pagbabayad ng payment ng philhealth, ibang line yan or ibang counter, makikita nman un dun sa mga signs na nakalagay kung san ka dapat pumila, wlang pila ng NFA dyan. So read well. Good thing may express lane yan para sa mga SENIOR CITIZEN at mga DISABLED PERSON or PREGNANT, priority nila yan.  Madali lang nman, tyagaan lang talaga.  

Next destination…. BIR.  Gusto ko din kasi kumuha ng TIN ID.  So I went to BIR Intramuros, kasi un ang malapit na branch na madadaanan ko. BIR Intramuros, tapat ng BF condominium sa Intramuros, ung BIR yellow ang building nya.  Pagpasok mo sa gate pala,  sosyal sila, kasi papa Scan mo ang ID mo, ndi mo na susurender, then go ka na sa 3^rd floor.  FAST FORWARD TAYO……Sa taas sinabi saken ng staff na sa Makati  daw ako puede mag request ng TIN ID card, (BIR MAKATI) kasi doon hinuhulog ng dati kong agency ung income tax ko. Akala ko kasi sa Intramuros na, kasi sabi nung latest agency ko sa Accenture eh sa Intramuros na. So meaning, depende yan kung san huling inihuhulog ng company or agency mo ang iyong tax, dun ka din makakakuha ng TIN ID. Wlang ibang requirements, just bring your any valid ID and they will verify it.  I heard na in less than 15 mins you can get your TIN ID na.  Hmmmm. Not bad, I will go na lang sa Monday sa Makati to get my TIN ID.  Hayyy, kakapagod pero madami ka din matututunan yun ang importante nman diba. 

Ow, before ko makalimutan, para sa mga member po ng PAG-IBIG (HDMF) na naghuhulog ng contributions, na wala pang ID ng PAG-IBIG, para hindi hassle try nyo po mag register ONLINE.

Eto po ang Procedure:

1.       Log on to PAG-IBIG Fund website. www.pagibigfund.gov.ph

2.       Click the E- Service

3.       Click the Membership Registration

4.       Select the Register as New Member option if you are a prospective member and/or it is your first time to register with the fund or an old member ka who haven’t received a Pag-Ibig ID number and then click Proceed.

5.       Enter the code shown in the box and then click proceed.

6.       The member may now encode the basic information needed and then click submit.

When filling up the member’s information, use the alphanumeric. A to Z and 1 to 10.

Special characters like (,,/.,”,’ &,  # etc) are not acceptable.

7.       You will get a Registration Tracking No. which is the reference number for the issuance of your PAG-IBIG ID number.

8.       Do not forget to print your Member’s Data Form (MDF).

9.       After one week. You  can follow-up for the issuance and printing of PAG-IBIG ID Card to any nearest Pag-Ibig Branch.  Please bring Registration Tracking Number

Sample: RTN: 911215006527 and any valid ID with birthdate upon claiming your ID.
